Cassandra Acts: [Closed]

Cassandra is your typical, pampered house-cat, or in this case apartment-cat. But she has one unusual ability: to see the future. It hasn't affected her life in a big way until she forsees a doom upon her home town of Catania, Sicily. Though she can telepathically speak into humans heads, she can't get any of them to listen to her prophecies, especially because she doesn't know all the details yet. But Cassandra is not deterred. She decides to leave her cushy lifestyle to do take action against this dark fate. Along the way she will explore the city and its surrounding areas, and build up a following of other animals who trust in her growing reputation among the animal world as a seer.

This game is going to be a Strategy RPG, somewhat along the lines of Fire Emblem or Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor.

I am Emp, the programmer/game designer. I made a thread here in the past, almost a year ago, but I"m looking to get started again. I've already got an excellent music man and probably have writing covered along with a friend of mine. What I need is the arts.

I'm looking primarily for artists who can draw animals, as well as backgrounds (including top-down). I have lost my previous artist because he landed a full-time job and no longer has time to help me out. That's good for him but now I need to find someone else.

Looking for:

• Sprite and/or CG artist
• BG Artist
• Someone who can make little animated sprites for the battles

(If anyone can do all three I'd be jazzed)

I'd strongly prefer either to do a trade, whereby I program and/or write for your game if you art for mine. However a royalty split is also totally in the cards. If I'm in love with your art, I'd probably be able to pay you somewhat in advance, but only somewhat. I plan to run a kickstarter campaign after releasing a free demo, so it's at that point that I can start to pay more for the rest of the game.

I unfortunately am not an artist, so I can't fill any of your positions, but I was literally just thinking about this game a few days ago and wondering if it was still being worked on! I'm really glad to see that it is. ^_^ Good luck finding people to fill all of the needed positions! I'll be rooting for you.
