Looking for voice actresses, musician, background artist

My visual novel is Yuri-themed. It consists of 8 girls, whose looks are very different from your average visual novel. It is a mostly romantic ecchi-ish type visual novel.
I am looking for voice actresses; and when our work is published on Steam I intend on giving shares of the profit. This will be discussed when our team is complete.
For as much as we have completed, I have done character descriptions and have worked a bit on the storyline. I have an artist working on all characters.
Looking for a Musician.
Looking for someone able to draw backgrounds.
