Rev-Share team Needs a Unity Programmer for Love Mythos: Sanctuary Island
Posted: Thu Mar 01, 2018 6:19 pm
Hello! We are the Squid Sin Squad and we are looking for a Unity programmer to program our visual novel.
The Game:
Love Mythos: Sanctuary Island is an all-inclusive, one of a kind Visual Novel and Puzzle game for PC, Mac, and Linux. This venture features a balance of immersive story, as well as a mini game to progress both relationships and dialogue.
The Details:
Love Mythos Sanctuary Island will be released on PC/Mac/Linux and is currently Greenlit on Steam. We participated in NaNoRenO in 2017 where we launched an origins story for Sanctuary Island which now has almost 900 downloads and 6k unique views. We've been pretty MIA with our social media recently, but we are still gaining interest over time.
We plan to develop a demo, and then launch a Kickstarter later this year.
Progress:
Art assets for demo - 80%
Art assets for entire game - 50%
UI - 90%
Script - 95% (going through rounds of edits at the moment)
Music and Sound Effects- 30%
We are hoping to have the demo completed before the end of the summer, at which point we can prepare to launch the Kickstarter campaign.
The Team consists of:
Writer
Artist
Composer
Mini game Programmer
You:
We are looking for someone dedicated and someone who can work with deadlines. All of us are working on this outside of our careers and are generally pretty relaxed about timelines but would like to find someone who can follow through and stay on the same page as us with our goals. We try to meet once a week, so we are constantly making progress, and we want that same level of commitment from you!
We are currently splitting the revenue share 5 ways.
Writer - 20%
Artist - 40%
Composer - 20%
Minigame programmer - 10%
VN programmer - 10%
If you're interested in the position, it would be easiest if you PM.
