Need team members for project 'We are Kanade'

Summary:
From a young age our protagonist, Nichi, had wanted to be a vocalist in a band. He took initiative and taught himself how to sing, becoming rather successful. On the verge of achieving his dream, the unthinkable occurred. Nichi was struck by a mysterious and most permanent illness that caused severe damage to his vocal chords whenever used for anything too straining. This quickly put an end to his aspirations of becoming a singer. After being diagnosed, he fell into an ordinary life, unable to reach the dream he vied for all his childhood.
The story begins when a close friend of Nichi, Kuragari, reveals that the lead vocalist and guitarist for the local band 'Kanade' had moved to another country seven days before a big performance. The band was noticeably desperate to get themselves a lead singer before the performance took place. Deciding to take a risk against both the impossible time frame and his debilitating illness, Nichi applies for the position against his better judgment, and so begins his journey to claim the dream he wrote off years earlier.
Payment:
As of the moment, no money can be paid. It's kind of a sad state of affairs, I know. However, after the completion of the project, any money made from its distribution will be split evenly among anybody that I hire. Therefore, payment for your services will be the money generated by the project itself. Everybody will also get a free copy of the game too, obviously.

Anybody can apply here, so long as they meet the (easy to meet) requirements listed below
A secondary writer
(I could really use like, five of these. No joke. Right now including myself, I have two.)
This story is probably going to be quite long, with much character development, world building and story-line creation. To be frank, I don't think I can do all of it alone, so I would like somebody to back me up by helping to create ideas, evolve characters, and just take some weight off my plate in general. I don't particularly think this role needs any requirements, however, I would ask that if you apply for this position, you are fluent in English, and able to write cohesive sentences. The guy or gal who gets this job is basically going to be my right hand man.
A proofreader
POSITION FILLED
A proofreader is requested for this project to check for any grammatical or spelling errors, conflicting tense, and other writing related issues. In addition to this, they are also needed to pick out any potential plot holes, weak motives in characters, and anything a potential reader might find boring. Most of this work can be done by myself and my secondary writer, however, it's always nice to have another hand to comb over for mistakes. Requirements are pretty simple to fulfill - English fluency, an eye for detail, and the patience to actually finish the job.
Character and background artists
(one more character artist needed, 1-2 more bg artists needed)
This role has a pretty self-explanatory job, though it's one that I cannot stress the importance of enough. I mean, what's a visual novel without imagery? A book with sound effects. This project will be completed in the anime style typical of the genre. Incidentally, I would like it if the images were of at least a semi decent quality, but most artists of high caliber expect upfront pay, so my hopes of an artistic genius enlisting aren't too high. If you would like to draw for this project though, and have confidence in your art, then by all means, apply!
Programmer
POSITION FILLED
A programmer isn't strictly necessary, as I suppose I can fumble around in the dark and figure out a program like VN maker, or Tyrano, however, it would make my day if somebody who actually knew how to use this stuff jumped to my aid! But seriously though, if anybody applies for this, I'll love them forever for their valiant efforts.
Music Composer
POSITION FILLED
I need for this role a person who is able to create background tracks for the VN that cover a range of different emotions. The requirements for the position are basically just confidence in your musical ability. I would ask that you send me a sample of what you can do though, so I can evaluate.
Editor
This position probably doesn't strictly need to be filled until later on, but I'll put it up in advance regardless. (far, far) Later on, once the script has been written up and proofread, I'll need a nice friendly editor to help fix up any stray mistakes! The only requirement here is fluency in English! Thanks in advance!
Workload:
This Visual Novel is planned to be from medium to long length, depending on the amount of content created, so for people in writing related jobs, this may take a considerable amount of time. Artists and composers are at less of a disadvantage, as assets can be reused if necessary.
