[Open] Looking to partner up with a Ren'Py "Programmer" to create an Adult game!

Intro
A little bit about me:
I'm a graphic & game designer, and I’m also the story writer for the current Project. I like to workout and pursue my interests, like graphic design, architecture, lightning, as well as things like reading and meditating.
About The Project
The "Art" of the project is going to be made using a program called [Daz3D / Daz Studio](https://www.daz3d.com/) – a hobbyist Graphic Design program. I'm sure most of you have heard about it.
I’ve been using Daz Studio for more than 2 years now and I’ve got a lot of experience with it. However, since Daz is limited in its opportunities, I’ve picked up Blender as well, which I am learning at the moment.
The bad thing about Daz is that – there are hardly any good tutorials or information out there, or it’s buried somewhere very deep among useless information. The good part is – this means that there’s less competition if you do get good at it, and I know I am (You’ll be able to decide for yourself, of course, as well as the audience eventually). The in-built renderer (NVIDIA iray) is also not optimized as good as it could be for the program, so there's a ceiling when it comes to photorealistic rendering.
Regarding the programming aspect - the current iteration of the game is being made in Ren'Py: a program where you can make visual novels, or even roaming RPG's etc. It uses Python programming language, and to be honest with you – Ren’Py is a *very* simple program to use (compared to others), you'll see for yourself if you decide that we want to embark on this together. Think of it as an easier version of Unity. Do note, however – I am completely willing to work in Unity as well since there might be more opportunities available with Unity’s engine; however some guidance would be appreciated on how the assets should be imported.
The game is going to be a 3D Rendered image (not live 3D) adult game, and it's going to be released on Patreon. It’s going to be about a guy named Ryan (you, the main character) and… his *endeavors* in his new environment. While most games in this industry have the main character be a wimp, this is going to take a spin on it by being a bit different – the main character is a smart, cocky and confident alpha dude who’s going to make friends in a new school, meet new people and have some *fun* experiences with the characters there.
The adult industry is a perfect opportunity due to lack of competition. And by opportunity - I mean money.
About The Opportunities
Here are some examples of some of the "Adult" Patreon pages that are out there. First three will be some of the big names; while the next 3 will be just to show you how „low” of an entry it is to get into the market.
The "*Big*" ones -
1. https://www.patreon.com/summertimesaga - 50k a month
2. https://www.patreon.com/lewdlab - at 2.5k patreons, was over 30k a month, but has chosen to opt out of showing his public earnings.
3. https://www.patreon.com/icstor - 5.5k patreons, could realistically be the top dog, if not the 2nd after the first „Summertime Saga” link.
Next – although someone like MrDotsGames is a big name (over 2k patreons), overall - the quality is not *that* great compared to some others (there's still a good amount of work in those games, content etc, but it's still pretty average quality wise).
1. https://www.patreon.com/Jikei
2. https://www.patreon.com/mrdotsgames
3. https://www.patreon.com/kstgames
There are also a lot of "okay-ish" games that earn 1-4k a month (like these, full of these on the market - https://www.patreon.com/PTOLEMYGAMES), because they either serve a certain niche or are just another outlet for some customers who just want to get off.
If you download any of these games, you will see just how mindboggling some of them are in their simplicity. One could even argue that it’s not really coding in the way it’s structured, because it’s that simple. A lot of these are just from people who enjoy making them and not experienced professionals, since a lot of people don’t want to be making porn (which is fair), but for those who view it as strictly business – I believe it to be a market that can be heavily exploited for profit.
In this genre, there is hardly any competition due to the nature of this business (Big companies won’t be making these games due to society’s stance on this). Although even with the low competition, in this genre – It’s not even about the competition, it’s about the content & quality, because while competition affects things somewhat, if your content is good, the person is still going to be playing your game.
The "Programming" side of the Project
I’m looking for someone who knows their way around the code – preferably someone who is adept at either Unity or Python (Ren’Py uses Python), OR - even someone completely else who knows how to make or is capable of making a „Roaming” type visual RPG, with a similar interface system like [this]( https://imgur.com/a/nAdp7a1) (Taken from the game “Big Brother”, a game made in Unity. If you’re interested in the Project, looking through this game to get the idea on what I’m going for with the Project would be advisable).
Since I already mentioned that this type of a „game” is not too hard to make, it’s realistically going to be more of a side Project (although a serious one) for a lot of experienced programmers, just because it realistically doesn’t require too much time to program other than perhaps the very foundation of the game and some minor adjustments. Afterwards it’s just content oriented.
The Offer
A 15% cut from all the project’s Patreon earnings.
My Art - What You Can Expect...
Here are some of my Renders - https://imgur.com/a/aIf1ErE
They include characters that will be used in the game as well as some compositions and environments.
Daz3D has limitations, and for this reason – I’m switching to Blender. Daz is not perfect, my art is not perfect, but I think it is good enough, and I know the market. Compare some of my renders to the „Big Names”, or even the other ones and figure out whether or not this Project will succeed – I think the answer is clear. The question is – how much will it succeed, and whether you are interested on embarking on this journey with me.
I’ll read all the replies in the post, but you can also DM me here as well as e-mail me – Original.Mitch.Conner@gmail.com
I’m looking forward to hearing from everyone who's interested!
