Looking for Character Sheet Artist

Hey there! I'm currently working on character sheets before I open up my Patreon for the game I'm working on.
I've tried to throw together some basic templates, but I didn't like any of them, so I'm looking for someone to help out lol
I'm looking for something that matches the current aesthetic/theme of our GUI (picture below) with a section for the name, "stats" (age, height, likes, dislikes, etc), a large area for a character's picture (preferably full-body, it can hang off the edge of the page like this character sheet), an area for a descriptive paragraph, and some extra room for some concept sketches.
