[Open] [Free] Looking for an 3D artist for an ongoing project

#1 Post by Zhaiel » Tue Oct 11, 2022 10:24 am

Hi everyone,

After a couple of months of thinking about taking the next step to develop my own game, I finally decided to give it a go and learn as much as I can to become a game developer, and hopefully publish this game along the way.

What kind of project am I creating?

You play as a man who tries to change his ways while dealing with the traumas caused by his family, which eventually will induce him to fall into alcoholism. The main idea is to focus on the character development surrounding the MC and the plot that revolves around him and those accompanying him on this adventure. All in all, it's a drama that contains both lovely and kinda melancholic moments. I know it might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I definitely think that the story should be as good as the visuals if not better. Moreover, my idea is to make the character as relatable as possible, so you won't experience anything out of the extraordinary in here.

What am I looking for?
I’m currently looking for an artist who can make NSFW 3D renders. It’s not mandatory to have a lot of experience with DAZ 3D or Photoshop or whatever program you’re using for rendering. Since this started as a hobby for me too. I think of this as an opportunity to learn a thing or two from this experience. With that being said, I’d like to say that I can’t pay for the renders atm. What I can offer, however, it’s the chance of forming a partnership and splitting the profits equally when the game is out. I wish I can offer a better deal to those who need the money but unfortunately, in these kinds of projects, it’s quite rare to perceive the profits beforehand…

What can I offer?

Even though I'm fairly new to this project, I've been writing for many, many years. I also had the chance of working with developers by translating these two games: Redemption For Jessika ( by Tlaero and Mortze), and Urban Voyeur ( by Cesar), I go under the name of Massi.
I'm both fluent in English and Spanish. Therefore, I'm happy to say that the first chapter of my game is already written, and both versions are completed. The Spanish version has 40800 words approx. (157 pages). While the English version has 43900 words (151 pages). It’s a lot of work to publish a game in both languages, but I think it’s a great way to reach a wide audience. I've been playing many VN's over the years and I notice that not many of them have a wide variety of languages. And I kinda want to change that.

Work Schedule:

I'm more than willing to put a lot of effort into this project. Needless to say though, I do have IRL responsibilities to deal with, plus I'm still trying to graduate from college which can be at any time now, so formally I'd say that I can work on this game Part-time.
