Hey all.

I'm working on a new imouto magical girl yuri VN/KN called Passion Sync. The game will have ecchi and harem elements.

The deadline for job applications is Nov 18 PST. You may send job applications before it becomes Wednesday on the west coast. I would like to know your prices for work prior to or after the sample art test starting after this post goes up.

Note: There is no rape of any kind in this game.

So far, I planned to write up the first installment as part of nanowrimo. It's more personal goal of mine and to test the water. I'm only working on this and MJ only.

# Upon seeing the possible workload. I added extra slots. I'm also looking for someone who want to work on monsters and non-human enemies for this Also, I'm willing to take junior concept arts if your art is lacking but you still want to help out. Junior position aren't paid. Sorry!.

Right now, I'm looking for concept artist/character designer to do some designs for the characters and also outfits. Right now, I have 10 characters planned so which include the protagonist in the count. Thigh or full body preferred. This is paid job.

Information of the game:

Title: Passion Sync

Theme: Mature magical girl story with harems.

Plot
Modoka Koyashi is an outgoing high school student who loves action, games, women (won’t admit it) and adventure. One day, she received the passion sync from a beam of white light that came out of her computer, She was then task to take down an evil entity that emerges from a visual novel that recently launch by the voice of a mysterious lady. She isn’t alone in this as the same beam of white light gives all her little sisters the ability to transform into magical girls!
Equipped with the passion sync and passion for fighting is ready to take down this entity alongside her little sisters. Not to mention, she must woo all seven of her little sisters and have them all satisfied with the relationship for the passion sync to work!

Shigeru(Older brother of Madoka and her siblings)

I'm glad that you are interested. I took a look at your DA and like what I see so far. Would it possible to do a quick sketch sample test? Send me a pm if you are willing and I will give you all you need.

Well, it's will be pretty ecchi. It's about the same as other harem manga being release or other manga/visual novels with high amounts of fan service before The concept artist won't do anything over 18+ since the lead artist will do it.

For other may be interesting in signing up or everyone else:

There is no rape in this game at all. I feel like have to say it just encase there is confusion in what's in it. Also, I will be selecting three people for this job as safety net. All three will correspond with each other and work together to give life to characters and setting as well balance.

Sorry for this long wall of text!

I added 2 slots more for concept team and already place who is in already. Also, looking for someone to do monsters and non-human enemies as well as ally ones like Usagi(Samus' special pet rabbit).

I'm also taking some junior members for those who want to be apart of this but lack the skills to be regular slots. Those aren't paid though but you will get experience though. I may open those in other forum.

You aren't required to do the adult stuff. So, ecchi is how fare you will go.

We are working on the first installment/episode instead doing a one game volume of 4 episodes. Despite this, it still be long. Also, the series will go on regardless how much we make(if we sell) or how much of fan based we have. Pretty much, it's not dependent on the general audience then pleasure of mine to tell the story. If we have more of a fan based then faster release dates and if not then longer release dates.

I will try to keep it reasonable though. I know it's odd approach but I feel the story have to be told regardless. It will get better in time as get experience and grow. Not sure, you take on it but's mine. I've been thinking about that for a while.

The sample art test is to see the person skills in concept art/character design. So, expect to be given a reference and some guidelines to follow. From that you will design the character in your comfortable style. It's up to you to figure out what to change and make different but also keep similar to the reference and guidelines. Example of things that can change: Clothing/outfits, accessories, poses and etc can be change unless said otherwise. Everything else you will stick to guidelines and reference though you will stick have to make them unique. I hope that make sense. ^^;;

Note: This doesn't count for doing sample sketches after the application but for sending in the application at the start.

To close some false interpretations/impressions about the game. I thought I will address a couple of them.

1. This game isn't a parody of any video game or existing media.
2.This is definitely not a mash up of different characters from video games, anime, comics and etc.
3. I may used prototype names for characters and such. So don't be surprises and alarmed. Also, some characters will have nicknames.

I think that's it that I can find so far. I will update this if I have more.
