Hello,

I'm working a game project with the goal of teaching entrepreneurial skills and mindset: http://www.founder.guru/game

This Ren'py game has recently had a coding makeover (not yet public), and is now fully playable. It is ready for the addition of original narrative content.

Therefore, I'm recruiting a game writer who can assist with the following:
  • Construction of a story arc across a first episode, and potential sequels.
  • Creating a dynamic plot with surprises, turnabouts, hard choices, and occasional no-win situations.
  • Managing branches and decisions, with certain content being slightly different based on player character's gender, etc.
  • Writing interaction with characters (friends, mentors, advisors, co-founders, rivals), both within dialogue, and via an in-game email system
The theme is of the player character trying to get their startup off the ground, whilst balancing real world challenges, like paying rent and managing stress, and examining their internal drives and motivations.

I'm able to pay modest amounts out of my personal pocket. The first episode of the game is intended to be freeware, but subsequent episodes might be sold on a commercial basis.

Thank you very much for your interest!

[Writer retained, but due to episodic content may make further hires also]
