I'm hiring for my project called Loteria.
It's the story of a high school senior who moves to Mexico City and and needs to find his way through life, get a girlfriend, and improve his relationship with his parents.
I'm the project lead and programmer, and we currently have an experienced playwright writing the script; things look very promising.
About the background artist and character artist positions: In total, the background artist would be responsible for up to 20 unique backgrounds, and the character artist would be responsible for drawing 10 unique characters. In all cases, if I like your profile, I'd pay for one drawing, and if that drawing works out, I'd hire you for additional drawings.
As you can guess from the dry text of this message, we don't have any artists for the project yet. So you would have significant leeway with the artistic direction of the project.
