1/12/18 Update: This project has been put on hiatus. I was young and not prepared for the undertaking. I will definitely revisit it in the future, when I can give it the scale it truly deserves. Sorry for the radio silence.

Who am I?

My name is Cid and I am VHC Softwares. I direct, write, program, basically everything that requires a keyboard. I have been creating VNs since my teenage years, most recently the "Homuha" series which has been well received on VNDB and elsewhere on the internetz. Check it out at http://homuha.weebly.com!

What is GirlPro?

In world where e-sports are dominated by high school girls... And the world's most popular game is a MOBA called Reign of Rebels (RoR)... Leonardo "Freek" Turley almost became a pro.

However, before even playing his first professional match, he was bullied by the entire community for his genitalia and all but forced to retire.

Determined to leave it all behind, Freek transfers to one of the few schools in the nation without an active RoR club.

But after he accidentally breaks the school's most prized vase, he is tasked with reviving the school's RoR club and winning the regional tournament.

Chance meetings bring Freek and 5 clueless girls together, but does he have what it takes to coach them into champions? Or will they be stuck in ELO hell forever? Find out in GirlPro!

You are professional, talented, and confident in your portfolio. You are punctual, friendly, and dedicated to your craft. And you love visual novels!

BG Artists

You must be able to create something close to this:


GirlPro mostly requires school and urban backgrounds, with the odd e-sports stadium. You will make these concepts your own because you love designing.

Chibi Artists

You are heavily influenced by Japanese artists and you can name a number of them. Sorry, no tumblr noses.

BGM Composers

You can create a number of tracks for scenes including:
- All-purpose daytime events
- Comedy/Stupid stuff happening
- The thrill of competition
- The ecstasy of victory
- The agony of defeat
- Romancey times

GUI Designers

You can create modern and unintrusive GUIs including text boxes, main menus, options screens, etc. You are influenced by modern GUI design and have a lot to say about it.

Logo Designers

You can create something cute, humorous, and memorable. You know exactly why the title is so long and what kind of aesthetic is needed for such a logo.

Promotional Video Producers

You know what to do with cute art, school backgrounds, and a sports competition-themed story.

Closing Thoughts

Though the project is currently in its infancy, with our combined experience, we will mercilessly grow and brutally develop the greatest VN on this side of the Pacific. So don't be afraid to send me your portfolios or ask me anything!

Just out of curiosity, does the sprite artist you're working with have a pixiv or a DA of some kind? His work is better than most projects on lemma these days. Also, what are your rates for these positions?
