I found someone. Thank you to all who applied!
Hello!
I'm looking for someone to create 6 - 8 songs for one of my projects. Six would be 1 to 2 minute loops, the other two would be 3 to 4 minute songs. To begin with, yes, it is a commercial game. I'm looking for a combination of affordable and quality music. Please keep in mind that this is being paid out of pocket, so my budget, while reasonable, isn't infinite.
I'm not exactly sure which style I'd like the music to go in, so I'm open to different types as long as they fit the themes/settings of the game, which are: fantasy, romance, and medieval. However, I am a big fan of violins, so if you can include them in a few songs, even better.
The game itself, as implied above, is a romance game set in a medieval fantasy world. It features both GxB and GxG relationships. It's light hearted and fluffy, but does follow a somewhat serious plot revolving around a girl, her best friend, and an unfortunate fate. As for what's completed, the sprites and character designs are 100% finished, the demo's writing is about 1/3rd complete, and three backgrounds are completed. My plan is to release the demo at the end of SuNoFes, but there is no deadline on the songs.
What I need to know from those who wish to apply:
- Your rates.
- The license associated with your rates. The more freedom, the better.
- Samples of your work.
- Turnaround time.
Thank you!
