LOOKING TO COMMISSION BACKGROUND/BG ARTIST

Looking to commission backgrounds for a game I'm programming in my spare time. It's a non commercial criminal investigation sim and takes place in a general noirish city, so please be comfortable with drawing dimly lit scenes, city skylines, apartments and the ilk. Think mid 1900's Chicago.

Right now I'm just looking to commission a few backgrounds:
- the inside of a small, nondescript apartment bedroom
- the inside of a small bar
- a narrow alleyway with a dumpster

I will be providing sketches/thumbnails, so what I'm looking for should be clear. I'm generally looking for a clean/subtle style (muted colors, clear, thin lines). Please reply with examples of your work, prices, and a means of contact. Since this is a for-fun project, I'm working off of a tight budget, but as a fellow artist I by no means want to underpay anyone, so I'm open to negotiations.

(imo, your hourly rate is way too underrated for your quality of art! haha).
