Need Illustrator flat disney style or studio ghibli style

Hi i need an artist illustrator that can do flat disney style or studio ghibli style character busts. i need 15 busts, with expressions some have only 1 expression.
You must be accurate and consistent with FACES for the poses. if you cant be consistent dont contact me.
Must be affordable, if your not please dont contact me.

Can you please specify what you mean by "affordable?" That is very vague. Knowing your budget would be more helpful.

$15-$25 now, thats the rate each artist i ask, wants. since ive found artists who can do similar style but not ideal. thanks.

Is that per single bust or for all 15 busts total?
Also do you have more details on your project? E.g. the characters, the story setting, maybe some examples of art that has already been completed?
