Hiring Artist for Commercial Visual Novel (CLOSED)

Hello,
I'm hoping to hire a character and/or CG artist for our third commercial game.
We’re looking for someone who can get started now and is willing to be a part of the project for at least ten months. It’s possible things won’t run for that long, but that’s not something to bank on. Payment will be what your chosen commission prices are and it’ll be sent through Paypal at negotiable points throughout the process.
In terms of work there’s going to be at least 10 thigh-up character sprites (with alterations) and 11 single-character CGs (with alterations). It’s very likely that number will go up, however, ‘cause we’re interested in adding more content after the initial release. Ideally one person would do both the CGs and the characters, though if you can only do one of those we’ll certainly still consider you for the position.

If you have any experience working on other projects, be it games or comics or whatever, feel free to mention that as well.
The project itself is suitable for most ages, with the only mature content being some swearing and crude humor. It's called Our Life. The story is just slice-of-life vignettes set in a modern day little beach town. The focus is on making a lot of choices to see different things as opposed to a solid story. There can be romance between characters and there's the potential for gay relationships. Characters range from as young as seven up to mid 20s. Most of the characters are males.
Things are just getting started with this project, only a simple outline and a few background sketches are done. But we wanted get the full team together right away.
