New Project - New team needed

We are now Accepting applications for all positions for our newest Visual novel project.
Project Alternative.
This Visual novel is going to be a fantasy action story with a bit of sci-fi mixed in.
Story is set in a (through human perspective) dystopian future where the human race has been thrust into the brink of extinction following a large-scale war between the technologically advanced humans and the magic wielding mystical creatures of earth(Elf,dwarf,dragon exc)
Unfortunately we have to keep story details as sparse as possible so that is all we can offer for now story wise.
As such we are looking for a less cute anime-esque art style that is more tailored toward a action, fantasy based world.
There will be fanservice through character design(armor style, character design) and very sparsely throughout but our main focus is getting an epic/powerful and dynamic art style.
This will be a long term project obviously.
For those interested we are looking for the following positions:
Character designer
CG artist
Background Artist
Promotional art artist
Sprite Artist
Lead Artist
Music Artist
If you wish to apply, please post below your best work and your rate of work as well as availability and we will get in contact with those we feel best fit the vision we have for Project Alternative.
This project will be in the works side by side our current VN in development Project Dawn Drop which was successfully funded on kickstarter with over 10,000$.
So be assured a position on our team will hold and the project will not be suddenly terminated. We are in fact looking to have a bigger budget for this project so we can as they say "bring out the big guns" or in our case, the biggest guns we possibly can.
Important things to note:
Quality is very important, communication is essential, 90% of artists or employee's we have terminated have been not due to poor work, slow work or behavior but because they lost contact with us without warning and for long spans of time.
