I'm having trouble coming up with a name for a yuri eroge I'm doing. I'm offering a cash prize ($20 usd via paypal) for you to come up with a name for me. I'd previously named this game "Love Petals", but after six different people telling me it looked like a sequel to "Love Ribbon", I need a re-name.

You can submit multiple names, and names can be any length but I prefer shorter personally(1-5 words). Names can't be based on preexisting trademark.

I'll announce a winner in this thread + PM for paypal info once I pick someone. Winner will still be picked in 1-2 weeks even in the event that I don't find one I like.

Synopsis plus some visuals:

Genre: Drama, Romance, Yuri, Erotic, Moody
Rough synopsis: A yuri visual novel about a hopeless romantic who gets involved with a sexual deviant. It explores the mismatched relationship between Lily, a hopeless romantic, and Eve, a jaded girl who only seems to want casual sex. Will you guide Lily to true love, or explore her perverted side?

I feel sure there's some iteration of the saying, To Gild the Lily* that would be appropriate, but I can't seem to parse it myself. Simply Gilding the Lily, perhaps.

*for fun, I looked up the phrase's origin. It seems to be rooted in the conflation of a line from Shakespeare's King John:

To gild refined gold, to paint the lily,

To smooth the ice, or add another hue

If Love Petals is unsuitable then how about just tweaking it to Petals of Love, lol
