[NEEDED] Scenario Writer for Anime themed series

The Tomorrow Witch is an upcoming anime themed 3D webseries which is comprised of various episodic chapters about a group of people who all receive a mysterious implant which allows them to switch places with one another. Through various switches, the group learn one another's secrets and strengthens their friendship.

As of now, 7 of the 16 chapters have been written, but we need another writer to help with the project. This individual will be responsible to taking the detailed outline for plot of the designated chapter and writing the various scenes that make it up. Chapter length can vary between 2000 to 4000 words.

The genre of the series is slice of life, drama, with elements of SCI-FI and horror. As it is styled in the theme of anime, there is some fanservice so any candidate who wishes to submit an application must be comfortable with writing a certain degree of anime-inspired fanservice.

Scripts
I am looking for someone with:
- A creative mind who puts character interaction in the foreground.
- Can take the skeleton of the episode plots we outline and turn them into fully fleshed story arcs
- Has a good understanding of Anime tropes and cliches and can incorporate them into their stories
- A good sense of character development
- A good understanding of time management and who will not delay the process
- The ability to write in traditional script writing format

How many chapters will this project need? What is the timeline in question? You state you are interested in someone who can use time management but don't list any timelines which is a little confusing. Thank you.
