Loooking to Hire Anime Artist

Hi, my name is Nell and currently, I'm looking for an anime style artist to help with a yuri dating sim I'm doing. The game is set to be big and hopefully down the line we can do a KS. This is a paid position though and I'm looking for someone who is okay with working long term. Like I said, this is a yuri game so you have to be good at drawing girls and be good with anime style. Currently we aren't looking for western style at this time.
Please, we are looking for very specific style of art. This is a good example of what I'm looking for https://twitter.com/StudioCoattails. Basically, I need someone whose good with drawing anime style and professional in some sort of way.
Do not apply if you're not good a communicating, drop projects, or aren't comfortable with 18+ projects and Yuri. Also, you need to be okay with long term and be able to do sprite work.
