Side Scrolling NSFW Game, bare bones programming

Looking for someone that can program a side scrolling game for me, similar to KooooN Soft's games, in which there will be objects that your character can get caught on and a sex scene occurs.
Just need a program in which I can later add all the models and animations when they are made.
