Regeria Hope - Looking for Writer, Programmer

This is for the Kickstarter Game Regeria Hope - https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/13 ... sual-novel
It's been a long time, but I'm finally at a point where I think I can involve other people without being the bottleneck, and I want to have at least the next episode completed by the end of this year. Episode 2 is 80% done, and I'm going to need some help to get this across the finish line.
I'm looking for a programmer to help make coding this game easier and do performance tuning. Right now there's a few issues I'd like your help with:
Managing save states over different episodes/downloads.
Making it easier to transfer between characters during the court room sections, less writing to move the camera around, etc.
Making animations smoother.
Please provide past projects you've worked on and example source code. A github link would be excellent.
I'm also looking for a writer to help write the story and shape the choices that players can make. I'm imagining that the last 3 episodes will be around 40,000 to 50,000 words each, and decisions episodes can affect later in the series. If you've worked with gritty murder mysteries before, that is an extra plus. Please provide either a short story and/or examples of past games/decisions you've had characters make in previous games.
Thanks,
Nathan
