UPDATE: Suitable programmer has been found, thank you all for interest.
Hi all,
I'm looking for a Menu screen/GUI programmer for a scifi visual novel. Graphics and layout of the menu pages are prepared in Photoshop and would be delivered as layered .psd file to work with. Other than custom graphics and position, most elements are the standard Ren'Py menu options and screens (load, save, settings, etc.)
One custom addition is the "database" which would need to consist of three parts - a simplified "log", which would be updated with new information as the game progresses (further divided into three "tabs", depending on type of information), glossary of terms (just a simple dictionary for made-up words) and gallery, where several images would appear as the game progresses. The database is integral part of the game, so it's very important that its implemented well. If some parts would prove to be tricky to program the way its designed, we can discuss some alternatives as long as all the elements (log, glossary and gallery) are present and the whole thing is relatively compact.
Additionally, small GUI icons would need to be added to the game, under the text box, including one small indicator that would inform about new content being added to the database.
If you're interested, please contact me via PM or better Discord at: HS_VN#2698
Cheers,
Adam
