I need an OC for VA/Singer/Streamer Career! $60 budget >_<

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a semi-realism character artist who is willing to draw a full body + simple background OC for my new career as a VA/Singer/Streamer!
Requirements:
1. Must be comfortable being recognized in both the NSFW and SFW community on Twitter.
2. Must be willing to negotiate for a $60 budget.
3. Must wait in about a week or two as I am still deciding and waiting for response from a fellow illustrator I'm contacting with.
4. Tell me your main contact or multiple contacts you have as I will recommend you other clients that might be looking an artist!
5. A love for dark fantasy and gothic (Not required, but it's a bonus!)
