[Closed][PAID] Character design and sprites for our Otome app

Hi LS Forum! ^^
It’s my first post here so I hope I won’t end up writing too much or leaving out any important details.
We are looking for an artist to do our Character Design and Character Sprites for our first small-scope commercial project, an otome app. (More details on it below.)
In terms of style, what we are looking for is on the anime side, but quite specific to the genre, so imagine the male characters from companies like Voltage, Shall we date, etc.
In terms of deliverables and canvas, we have standard expectations. The game will be in landscape orientation, 1080p, but we are making our source assets in 4K and then render down .png files from the .psd file you will provide.
To display a character’s pose & expression we are doing full sprites (full images/exports for each pose and/or in each expression), instead of using layers to dynamically adjust expressions over a pose. As we are trying to keep the project scope under control and release soon we only want a few poses/expressions combinations.
I am ok with workings with a studio/company too, as long as you think you suit the desired style.
Feel free to apply if you are not a full-time/pro artist: you don’t have to be A professional but it is vital that you are professional, and you act professionally and reliably.
After a first small order, if we are happy with working with you we will proceed with a bulk order for the full project; we expect you to be able to take and maintain the reasonable deadlines that we will agree on together.
The game will be released in Japanese only, so your illustrations will be exposed to a Japanese audience mostly.
You name will be credited in the credits of course, and it’ll feature an interactive link to your twitter/site. We are more than happy for you to promote yourself with the final product.

We will tell you more confidential details about the project, you will agree to an NDA, we will send you character development docs, and what happens next is that one or more applicants will be selected to carry out a paid test to see your ideas and creative take on Character Design (just a rough concept/sketch to see what you can bring to the table, but we want to compensate you for your time).
If both sides are happy we will discuss taking on the whole project, designing the other characters (few) and illustrate their character sprites, and we will figure out a potential schedule and quote that lists all deliverables expected (in psd format).
There will be 3 main characters (our main concern) and a few side/minor characters (approx 2 female + 2 male, 1 of which older).
To be upfront, this is our first commercial project and we value speed and reliability over perfection. Budget is a bit tight but we are looking for reliable long-term collaborators. We would like to hit the ground running and start pretty soon.
Also, we expect the highest standard of confidentiality until the game will be released.
