[PAID] Programmer Needed (18+)

I'm looking for a programmer to help create my strategy game / visual novel hybrid.
The mechanics are inspired by Into the Breach and Pokemon Conquest. Due to the complexity of mechanics, I plan to use Godot for this game, not Ren'Py. Unless you feel you are an absolute magician with Ren'Py and could somehow manage to make a robust grid-based battle system in it... then perhaps we could talk.
Requirements include: create multiple interconnected mechanics including a 2D isometric turn-based grid battle system, an overworld with various "factions" invading and taking actions per turn, as well as a visual-novel dialogue interface.
Note: Game contains mature content. All applicants must be 18+.
