[CLOSED][PAID] Looking for an anime style character (and bg) artist to work on a VN indie game (Long Term)

Hello everyone,
We are currently looking for one or more artists to help us create 8-10 OCs with different poses and facial expressions/emotions. Each character contain about 8 poses and each pose has two simple animations no more than a couple of frames (eyeblinks and mouth moving when the character talks). Reference:

Throughout the game, we'll also need scenes (illustrations) involving those characters. Meaning it includes the characters performing different actions. So it is required you are comfortable drawing the characters you designed in different poses. A rough estimate is 20 illustrations, but will probably end up being much more.

It's required that you:
- Communicate well <- most important for us, over any artistic skills
- Can match the style or have a similar style to the references above
- Can work for a longer period of time (6 months - 1+ year)
- Can draw both male and female characters
Big plus if:
- You have worked on visual novels before and know how to match different elements and know what formats we'll be needing.
- You can draw both backgrounds and characters
As for the budget, it's open for negotiation, but we'd like to note we are two developers paying from own pockets (to keep expectations in check). We can try to come to an agreement. We'd appreciate it if you have read the full text and send us an email with your rate per full character (containing all poses etc.) and a rough indication of rate in illustrations since we know it can change heavily based on details/characters in the illustration.
