Hello there! I go by Daphinteresting (DI) or Interesting on the web and not new to the idea of visual novels here. I enjoy playing vns and have been playing them for quite a while now. I have favorites which are Dandelion - Wishes brought to you by Cheritz, Nameless - The one thing you must recall by Cheritz, Mystic Messenger by Cheritz and RE: Alistair++. I joined here because I basically would love to be of a assistance to anybody who needs help within the art department for their visual novel game. :D I've been professionally freelancing for 11+ years and obviously still going now.
With that said, I will not do any work for free with art being my main profession so please keep that in mind when contacting me for my assistance. I must be paid for any work I'm assigned to do.
Some background info about me with art is that I'm a college grad of the Media Arts and Animation major. I'm a 2D artist who is versatile in drawing styles (or at least I aim to be). Specifically this means I'm flexible and can do a range of styles (even other than anime) when working with you. I like to say I'm good at mimicking different styles too. At this time, the only styles I am not open to doing are 'realism' and 'semi-realism'.

Lineart - ($15 - $90+) Colored Fullbody Sprite Set [includes 1 default expression + 1 default body base pose + 1 outfit + 1 hairstyle] - ($80 - $100+) Colored Halfbody Sprite Set [includes 1 default expression + 1 default body base pose + 1 outfit + 1 hairstyle] - ($60 - $100+) Extra Poses - ($10 - $30+) Extra Outfits - ($15 - $50+) Extra Hairstyles - ($10 - $20+) Extra Expressions - ($3 - $8+) CG - ($30 - $100+) BG - ($30 - $100+)
Paypal
I only accept paypal for payment. Paypal fees apply with this too.
If you are unable to pay for paypal fees, I will have to charge you an extra dollar or two(+) until the fee is covered for the listed price.
I realize this is annoying but I have to do this to keep my prices accurate and that I'm getting the right amount for what I'm charging for a piece.
Commercial Use
If your project is commercial use, an additional 20 - 30 dollar fee for every commission ordered will be added to the original price.
Turnaround
Depending on what is consisted for me to work on, it usually takes two weeks and a half or lesser for me to finish an art piece.
Limits
Porn- Sexual gratification. Hentai - Sex scenes. Offensiveness - Racism, stereotypes, religion hate, hatred etc. Unusual Fetishes - Inflammation, foot fetishes, watersports, scat, vore etc. Intense Gore - Limbs severed off, head blown up with bones flying everywhere etc. (Exception - Soft gore however is okay.)
Permitted and Not Permitted
You are allowed to edit/vamp the file once it becomes in your hands.
You are allowed to showcase the artwork while giving proper credit to me on your site, gallery or SNS.
You are not allowed to resell my artwork and claim it as your own.
Refunds
Refunds are available only upon appropriate times through the sketch phase which decisions should be made to choose me as your artist beforehand when I have presented a 'free' sample to you. If you don't like how things are going with the sketch (s) then I will be open to doing a few changes, specifically 3 times or so and no more than that. I do not do changes excessively. I ask that you please be reasonable when asking to do them. If it has to come down to me having to do 5 changes or more and you're still unhappy with it, I will come to possibly terminate the commission/refund your money if needing to and encourage you to find someone else to do your commission. I have to do this for mental health issues (stress/anxiety issues). Furthermore, I will not do a refund on sketches that you had approve of beforehand after I have completed (lined and colored) the commission. No buts.

* I am open to doing CG Art as well, however this is not my strongest point. Unfortunately, you won't see a lot of CG art from me at this time. However, I'm still open to trying out CG Art as I'm currently practicing on it. I can assure you if you do choose me for it that I will try my very best.
Working with me as your Artist
I can assure I'm a friendly and easy person to work with as an artist. The only thing I stress is that you are clear and have an idea of what you're asking for or want done. It causes stress when not having this stuff ready which I certainly don't work well under heavy stress. I am human and not a robot or mind-reader so can't tell what you want or make up these things for you. It is your responsibility. Overall, 'always' have your ideas and refs in mind when you come to me. I will be greatly expecting that from you. Otherwise it's possible you may get declined by me due to lack of information or due to lack of not being prepared. ^^;
* Just to add in, I take art pretty serious so you can be assured I will do my best in everything that I work on with it and aim to make it worth the money.

Hi, I saw your art and I like it. Im in the process of making a Rosario+Vampire game that will include adult content. You dont have to draw that, I would just need the main characters and maybe some backrounds from the school, If you have not seen the show i can send you pictures that feature side shots and front shots for help with the drawing. the reason i need you to draw is because i cant get rid of the backround of the characters

I'm paid. But I'll edit my post and try to add some prices there. If wondering, the reason why I didn't add them earlier was because I don't really have a set price out for Visual Novel stuff, considering I never worked on one before. :/ I don't really know how to go about pricing stuff for that yet until I have actually worked with it. I'm really negotiable when it comes down to it.
Your art is very good! Needless to say, I am now watching you on DeviantArt. I would hire you, but my project has some pretty intense scenes of violence, I do not think you would be comfortable with it. Still, I will recommend you to anyone who might be looking for an artist! Keep up the good work!

Well, yeah, the violence stuff I have to be comfortable with in order to execute out well in drawing. ~v~ I maybe open to doing soft violence/soft gore though. Just so you know for maybe future reference hehe~
The worst it gets is someone getting their arm torn off, someone getting the side of their stomach sliced open, someone getting shot in head ... Wow, I do not think I should say anymore. Actually, it is just the first instalment of a series. It gets worse―much worse.

If you're still looking for work, I have a project that could use some character designs. Its been kinda hard finding an artist who draws male characters in a shonen art style: (Not like shonen Ai, just shonen. Though a bit of bishi wouldn't hurt since that would add to the versatility of the characters should I ever choose to expand the scenario with the option of playing a female protagonist.) -that aren't overly sexualized.
