If you do backgrounds, can you do an empty city park at night?

Well, if you're interested - I'm working on a short project for SuNoFest and was planning to just use CC assets, but custom ones would be even cooler.
I'd need just 2 sprites with two different outfits each, modern style.
I'm pretty new to the forums, so there's not really a way for me to guarantee you the project will be finished BUT if you are interested in hearing about my project we can chat over PM. If you like the idea we can work together. If not, no worries! I'm doing this project for SuNoFest as a break from my larger project and wanted to try out some new programming techniques.
