Hi fellow human, no need to panic. I am completely sane to be posting here since it says 'artist'.
Anyways let's get straight to the art examples and prices (which I accept as USD through Paypal).
Full Body: $15 (expressions will add $2 each)
Bust up: $10 (expression will add $2 each)
Note: complexity of clothes and additional accessories like pets may increase the price.

Sadly none yet, I can also do more than just anime art style like pixel art.

@ nightcross45: I PM's you back and hopefully those will answer your questions.
@Sword of Akasha: In terms of your style in background, I'm not sure specifically what you want in style since the site doesn't show much background but more of characters when I visited it? Sadly, I haven't touched up on backgrounds recently but I've made a few before when I was making card illustrations as commissions and doing some quick practices. Below are examples of past backgrounds I've done with my old character style or rough practices.
