I'm an artist and I can offer services doing logo work~! I'm looking to practice and develop my skills so I'm 'open for business'. 
My work is mostly main page/game/studio logos but I have some experience doing animated logos for movies/youtube channels. I mainly focus on fonts but I can draw up a custom symbol if requested. I can do animations intended for logos/studios for splash screens as it were. These take the most time to create because of the nature of the logo. You can use both font and drawn logos for the animated logos, the price is the same for either. I try to keep the logos as short as possible, 10-15 seconds is generally where I try to keep them. Examples below.
