This charge is applied when no storyboard is provided, or when the buyer simply doesn't have an estimate of how many keyframes an animation will be. I will sketch out a rough animatic to determine the amount of keyframes.
Per Character
Flat Color: $11 per keyframe
Colored and Shaded: $17 per keyframe
Static Background: $8
Animated Background: $15 - $40**
**note: An animated background ranges from NPCs walking around in the background to a background that needs to move with the lead characters. Hence the wide price range. Depending on complexity, it may exceed $40.
