Thanks so much! I don't have any tutorials but I work from sketchup > Thea renderer, and then add effects and recolor the textures on Photoshop so it doesn't look as '3D' usually!

Alternatively if something needs a very anime look, I export directly from sketchup so I can easily select planes of objects, and then paint them directly on Photoshop. I'm sorry if it isn't more helpful, but if there's something specific about lighting etc. that you'd like to ask me, I'd think I'll be more able to help ^^;
