I'm not Akihiko but I thought I'll help them answer those question since I'm an artist myself. If you don't have specific budget, it may be a good idea to just state that you're willing to spend max $... per sprite and ask the artist what can they give you for those price. Don't let the words 'Pricing varies heavily based on project and budget' shy you away from contacting an artist. It's a job opportunity you have there and a chance for the artist to make a living.

And best of luck, Akihiko! Lovely works you have there! If you post your artworks online, I suggest post the link to the website here so people can check the rest of your works.

Hi, thank you for the interest. CG price is same as sprite price for first character, and then only +50% of sprite price for second character onward. If background is simple, it is free, otherwise fee of up to maximum +$45 will be added.

Everyone, I was contacted by the artist of the images that had been posted n this thread via Discord. He informed me that the Akihiko account here is not one of his accounts, and that the images are available for sale at:

As a result, I have blanked the first post of this thread.

The file names are typical of Pixiv.

I bet if you go to Pixiv, you'd find the same artworks freely available from the correct account.
