I recently got the last of my background for my game from Fuura-Xen and I'm so happy with the results! They are beautifully detailed and I love the soft colors. Fuura-Xen was very open to making any changes that I needed to the sketches and was pretty fast in turn around after I sent the payments. Just make sure you have plenty of reference images.
I would definitely consider commissioning them for backgrounds for any projects you might have!

Fuura did work for us, and it ended up being repackaged into our Halloween Times Black & White DLC. They do amazing work and we will be tapping them again in the future.
