Hello! I am a digital artist named KaroShin (formerly Roseishin). I specialize in anime art style and I can do character concepts/designs. I am currently opening commission services for an initial price of 40 USD. I can also make visual novel CGs if needed. For pricing that, it depends on how many CGs it will be and how complex it will be.
