Hi! I'm hazarq, a freelance background artist with anime style.
After trying to open my first commission on April 2020, now I have set some fixed price and 2 commissions type. I hope this will interest you!
Because my work time now became halved, I only accepting short term project. Even just you commissioned one artwork, I am very grateful. Hope I can buy or upgrade my tools to the more stable's one and finish every commission quickly.

GENERAL DETAILS
● I usually create the files on 4k size with 300 dpi, for about 1 ~ 2 weeks of working time.
● Please provide any required reference images or photos for faster process.
● I will ask for a fee of 50% pre-payment after the sketch is approved.
● Payment will be sent through PayPal invoice (additional fee included).
● I retain rights to my artwork. I will ask first when I can use it for my portfolio and share on social media.
[1] BACKGROUND

● Price (it can be lower or higher depending on the complexity):
• 45$ for normal and 30$ less detailed
• Additional cost 8$ for a time change.
[2] COLORED CG / ILLUSTRATION
DETAILS
● I won't do anything that contains R18+ (yuri, yaoi, gore, ecchi, etc).
● Price (it can be lower or higher depending on the complexity):
• 12$ for simple BG, 20$ medium, 26$ detailed.
• 24$ (full body) and 22$ (half body) for 1 character. Each extra character will be charge for 14$ (full body) and 12$ (half body).

DETAILS
● I won't do anything that contains R18+ (yuri, yaoi, gore, ecchi, etc).
● I am very open to suggestions as long as I can make it, so please prepare any appropriate references. Otherwise, you can freely customize it later to your project.
- Style 1 -
● Price (it can be lower or higher depending on the complexity):
• 8$ for simple BG, 14$ medium, 20$ detailed.
• 18$ (full body) and 16$ (half body) for 1 character. Each extra character will be charge for 8$ (full body) and 6$ (half body).
• Original .CSP/.PSD format file for 6$ with separated lineart and shading layers (for .CSP file the lineart will be keep in vector layer) [FREE for non-commercial/free project].
- Style 2 -
● Price (it can be lower or higher depending on the complexity):
• 4$ for simple BG, 16$ detailed.
• 16$ (full body) and 14$ (half body) for 1 character. Each extra character will be charge for 6$ (full body) and 4$ (half body).
• You can freely ask for the original .CSP/.PSD format file.

DETAILS
● This is an additional option only for style 2.
● I make the animation with drawing frame by frame in 24 frame/second.
● The maximum file resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixel or can be less. (Sorry, my laptop is low spec XD)
● Price.
Due to the lack of experience and portfolio, I allow you to make an offer.
The following are things to consider:
• Amount of frames.
• Amount and size of objects.
• Details.
