I am a student writer with a passion for the written word. I believe writing exists in our world in order to convey human emotion in powerful and evocative ways, and that it has played an immense role in helping people to understand one another.
I've been enchanted with this passion since a young age and have over my youth written short stories, poetry, articles, and am currently writing a novel serialized on the Internet. A full showcase of samples of my work is available below.
Although I desire for my services a rate of 5 cents per word, I am happily willing to negotiate on payment on a case-by-case basis. I'm willing to do any sort of writing work to any extent for any period of time; I have experience working in groups, writing for pay, and writing under deadlines. I am a writer for the amateur, non-profit English VN development team Watercress Studios. To this date we have completed two projects of note which I have majorly contributed to.
Palinurus -- This is a short, free sci-fi visual novel about a man stranded in dead space with an artificial intelligence named Budapest. I was the project's creator, co-director, and one of its writers. https://watercress-studios.itch.io/palinurus
Fare Thee Well -- This is another short, free visual novel about a man cursed with eternal youth as he wanders into a smoky bar in the forests of Maine and encounters a singing woman in a green dress. Both Palinurus and Fare Thee Well were entrees into NaNoRenO, the 30-day visual novel development jam hosted by the Lemmasoft forums. They have taught me how to direct and write for a complicated project under a strict deadline, while working with a large team of people over the Internet. This is a valuable skill which I feel I have mastered.
