well, I'm studying writing at university and my english writing isn't at the kind of level I'd want it to be. That's why I'm here.

Things I like:
Male Protagonists (I think it's easier for a guy to write from a guys perspective)
Fantasy (Not the modern kind with glittering vampires, I'm a guy damnit^^" )
Romance (the platonic kind that isn't forced into the plot)
Comedy (I love lame puns and jokes that are bad enough to cause physical pain)
Slice of Life (Never tried to write it but I like reading it in VNs)
Yuri/GirlXGirl (Don't know why it's not popular)
Trap Protagonist (A boy crossdressing as a girl and being the perfect 'girl' is kind of hilarious)

Things I don't like
Indecisive MCs (let's just put the Hetare and Donkan Stereotypes together. Me. don't. likes.)
Yaoi/BoyXBoy (Never liked it, don't ask me why. It's something I don't know either)
Harem (Don't get me started with my hate for harem animes...)
School settings (I don't hate them, they're just everywhere. EVERYWHERE!)
Love Triangle (Same as with hetare/donkan. Call me old-fashioned but in romance you should only have eyes for one person)

Oh, i totally forgot to include something to read... silly me
I tried to write differently, but still ended up writing fantasy, sorry for being biased
And sorry for the walls of text. Regretably I am very fond of those walls
The girl smiled. I couldn't fathom what was on her mind. This was the first time she showed any kind of reaction. And only now that I was dying, she smiled. My blood was spreading on the floor, it almost reached that of the corpses in front of us. People that tried everything to kill me. Kill me because I came into contact with this girl. A girl that showed no emotion, no signs of being alive except for her breathing. A girl I knew nothing about other than being important to the people that destroyed my life. And as Death was all around her, she smiled. Smiled like an Angel. Smiled like death was the most beautiful thing she had ever seen. It was in this moment that I knew something was wrong. The girl looked at me the smile on her face was so bewitching, so transcendent that reality itself seemed to lose it's focus. She walked to me, her feet almost not touching the floor. And in flawless elegance she knelt before me. And the moment I felt my consciousnesses fading she spoke the three words that would change not only my fate but that of the entire world.
Two years had passed since I evaded the cleansing and there were still no signs of madness, demonification or deadly illness. Well, not like I believed those stories anyway. I opened the door and went on with my daily routine.
"Ann, be a good girl and get the wine ready. The guys on the central table are paying today!”
All eyes on me and let the show begin. The biggest guy on the central table looked at me with something that looked like disgust but smelled like fear. Everybody in this room knew me. Most people loved me, some people tried to hate me and one or two had tried to kill me at least once. The big guy in front of me, Gol, had tried it at least four times. And that' only this month. He hated me with so much emotion that I just had to rub him the wrong way. Don't blame me, Gol, some people are just destined to be at the wrong end of the food chain. And in a gambling den the strong had to obey the clever. Or rather the ones that didn't get caught cheating. I'm not one to brag, or maybe a little bit, but I was both clever and a cheater. And dumb little Gol was neither.
"Well, look who we have here. The little gambling pig.”
His voice sounded almost proud.
"Oh, is that you, Gol? I almost took you for a dancing bear. But now that I think about it... the smell gave you away. Not many people I know have the daring smell of dumbness AND misery.”
His head went from rage-red to ashamed-crimson. I'd probably get it to i-kill-you-you-little-piece-of-shit-purple by the end of the evening.
“But anyway, same as always? I provoke you to a game of cards, you lose, accuse me of cheating and in the end you pay the wine for everyone present. While I sit at the bar and flirt with the beautiful redhead that you have been eyeing for the last few days.”
"Stop dreaming, little boy. That girl wants a real man not some kind of little kid.”
"Want to to make a game out of it? The loser pays the wine. Let's see whom she finds a more pleasant partner for the evening.”
"Deal.”
He walked to the woman, looking as manly as it was possible for a hairy bunch of muscles. The moment Gol put his hand on her shoulder, a dagger was on his throat.
“Don't touch me.”
That being said, or rather written, I'm looking for any kind of Feedback/Influence/People brave enough to let a madman write for them or people mad enough to discuss Ideas or anything else with me
