I think you've mistaken this section for a thread. This is the place were people place threads with their projects, you can answer the call of a group in need of a writer in one of these threads (as I've seen you've already done in a few of your previous posts). However, an advertisement of your skills like your post is should be in the 'I'm a writer, editor, proofreader.' section instead. I've reported this thread, so an admin should move the thread to it's correct section soon enough. No need to worry.
