I'm a writer, I've been writing for 14 years now.
I have a few ideas that I would make into visual novels but since I'm bad at using anykind of program to make one, I'm looking for someone to help me with that. Sadly I can't pay....
But if somebody is looking for a writer for their novels I would gladly help with that. ^^

If you're looking for programmer, I think it will be better to start working on the story and script first, and when they're halfway done, you can post a recruitment thread on 'free project' section. Occasionally you can find one or two programmers who will help you for free because they're looking for experience.
