Basically, I don't have a set rate and will consider projects from free to paid work. Just make an offer and a pitch. I tend to prefer modern day but am certainly willing to write for other genres.
My background? Minored in English, worked at different newspapers. And have Stay! Stay! under my belt. I can write. And edit.
