Having recovered from the epileptic seizure induced by your post, I thought I'd offer you a few pointers.

Please tone down the colors. Presumably we're trying to read an advertisement of your skillset and not a bag of skittles. Take it easy and spare us the trouble of having to click and drag over your text to make it readable.

It's difficult to hear you well in your demo. The music is overpowering your voice, which is making it difficult to determine your range and skill. If you're lacking for ideas as to how to make more demos, I would recommend dubbing over lines from better-known entertainment programs with your own voice and compiling demo reels made from those recordings. I would also recommend that you divide your content by language and possibly by categories of the types of voices you will play to produce multiple demo reels.

Some of the descriptions you use to describe your range are unclear to the point that it may prevent understanding. Relatively few prospective employers are going to know what a "Miku-ish" voice is, let alone how to compare it to a "Sachiko-ish" voice, or a "That Aimer-ish" one, or what a Yandere is. I recommend using more layman's terms like you have done with "Children" and "Tenor Male."

Some of your restrictions could use clarity as well. You list erotica as being off limits, but will consider yaoi/yuri - does this mean that you will not voice erotic content unless it is yaoi/yuri, or that you will perform only non-erotic portions of yaoi/yuri romance? I'm also not sure what "a character being extremely violated" means, especially since you already described erotica as being off limits. Do you mean that you will also not provide voice acting for characters who are being physically assaulted or grievously wounded? Does your prohibition on voicing "existing" or "real" religious/political propaganda mean that you will not voice for a story which has a political agenda as its narrative, or that you will not voice a character who delivers propaganda during the course of a story? Does "existing" or "real" mean "currently controversial," or "has ever been controversial in the real world?" What would qualify as fake or non-existing propaganda, and would you voice that? It might be difficult for employers to place you in a role with restrictions like these.

Now, about this. This is probably my main problem of mixing voice acts with music: either the music will overpower my voice, or my voice will be really, really loud compared to the BGM. I think I should consider doing demo reels without instrumental...

I can't describe their voices pretty well, but updated. It's not exactly the description fit for it, but at least it can be a common picture~

First, for considering yaoi/yuri. I did state considering 'GL/shoujo ai/yuri', so pardon me for this. The meaning of considering BL/GL is the latter: I will voice it as long as it doesn't contain any pornographic contents.
For "a character being violated" term, I deleted it. Yeah, that's a bad restriction XD But both your questions' answer is right. I wouldn't voice characters being physically assaulted or wounded, but after thinking about it, well, better give it a try since I've never tried that one.
Third, for the real religious/political propaganda, Let's take an example of a religion existed in real life and a religion in your game. What I meant by 'existing' religious/political propaganda is the propaganda of religion/politic existed in real life, such as Catholicism, Islam, Buddhism, Neo-Nazi, etc. My focus about the religion/political propaganda is the way to deliver it, not the person with its agenda. I won't say there's a 'fake' religious/political propaganda, but what I mean about it is when a character has a religion agenda which religion doesn't exist in real life. But yeah, this one is also really vague, so I'm deleting the term 'real/existing'.
