Free Music & Sound for Yuri Projects

Hello,
(Haven't been on this site for a while). I'll keep it short.

Sample: http://www.mediafire.com/file/zh4io86q0 ... ckdemo.mp3

I'm a hobbyist musician with several non-commercial/doujinshi releases and remixes along with a few commercial releases/collaborations. See the attached link for a 20 minute consolidated demo of samples from 19 previous works (2 are arranges, 17 are original compositions). Most of my production is electronic and I have some experience recording and working with vocals, violin, woodwind and foley sound effects. I'm not an aspiring professional/career musician.

I'm also a big soundtrack music enthusiast and looking to diversify into that area and gain some more experience working with the unique freedoms and challenges that has. In the context of soundtracks, I'm most at home with atmospheric music, but I can have a go at just about anything.

As I've said in the topic, I plan to do this pro-bono, regardless of whether your project is commercial or not. I can work with references, descriptions, midi files of melodies, basically anything is okay. It's your project, so you can expect revisions and different versions if you want any changes to be made; working with people to developing songs to satisfy their ideas is part of the challenge I'm looking for.

This comes with a couple of restrictions I will outline so we don't waste each other's time. Apologies if this sounds scathing, but your project must be:
- Yuri only. That doesn't include things like [BxBxGxG]. Slice of life/subtext is fine.
- Not porn/smut focused. NSFW is not a problem, though. (Think- 'kindred spirits'- good, 'sugar's delight'- not so good.)
- Not violent/gory. (Think 'Aoi Shiro'- okay, anything more violent - not so good.)
- Well developed. It's no secret most projects fizzle out early on, and I'm not interested in volunteering my time for a story outline.

I really don't mean to sound picky, please don't hesitate to contact me if you're not sure about anything.

More about me: I've been a scanlator for several years, so I've quite a lot of experience proofreading scripts, which may be handy. My favourite soundtracks artists are Cliff Martinez and Nobuyuki Nakajima, my favourite recent soundtracks are Amanchu! (Gontiti) and Hibike! Euphonium (Matsuda Akito). I speak/read/write reasonable Japanese.

The best way to contact me is estherlea@yahoo.com.au as I'm not a prolific Lemmasoft user. Thanks!

Out of sheer curiosity, what led you to demand that project requests be exclusive to yuri?

Same with all the manga translating I do, I'm only interested in committing my time to things I can be passionate and motivated about, and would be interested in reading myself. Besides, I'd to see my community grow and be taken seriously by helping create good content.

I have no personal interest in heterosexual games, so I wouldn't have any motivation to give the time and effort a good soundtrack needs if I was working on one, especially when I don't get paid. If you do it for love, not money, you need to love it!
