Hey guys,

My name's Eric Jeffrey Tan. I am a music and sound composer for interactive media. I am very excited to be here and looking to collaborate and enhance your projects/titles with some custom music. I have skills for various audio asset needs such as music composition for general backgrounds, character themes, locations, cg cut scenes, and adaptive or interactive music; for technical and production needs such as audio recording for various needs such as voiceovers, field recordings and foley, etc., sound editing, mixing, mastering, audio direction, programming or creating unique sound design and effects from menu sounds, footsteps or action/fighting sounds. I can provide support for all stages of audio during pre-production, production, and post-production for your projects needs.

As a huge fan of games growing up, from action RPGs like Zelda, to strategy and turn-based like Final Fantasy Tactics and Final Fantasy series, to simulation like Rune Factory and Persona to side-scrollers like Metal Slug; the one thing in common I loved in all of them was the music. I am a huge fan of video game music from all genres and love to write for them.

As for sound, I specialize in orchestral/cinematic/chamber/solo/drama/acoustic/pop music but still am able to produce other genres as well such as jazz/edm/rock/etc. Think of games like Secret of Mana, Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger or animes like Tsukigakirei, Sword Art, Haikyuu!!, My Hero Academia, or Your Lie in April which I take lots of inspiration from but definitely many more.

My rates will vary from project to project because it will be dependant on the project's needs but I would be happy to discuss and negotiate the work and terms privately with you. I am first and foremost about writing music as it's my greatest passion and love collaborate and seeing how a project comes together from all disciplines from writing to art to coding to music. I am a very easy-going person and team player and I will definitely do my best to achieve your desired sound. Turnover time for tracks are usually between 24-48 hours depending on the complexity of the track. Trying to give you triple AAA sound on an indie budget. =)
