Which I found on OpenGameSeeker by a user named "clam". It contains a color palette of skin and six hair colors. The samples and files in the attachment are in CC0. (How clam originally intended)

You can download the images individually or a pack in the attachment. (The attachment includes Swatch presets for Illustrator, ai file)
