I was at the big chain GameStore today and saw some interesting price drops for games:
Hyperdimension Neptunia: $29.99 (new)
Yakuza 4: $29.99 (new)
Atelier Totori: $39.99 (new)/$49.99 (new, special box)
Atelier Rorona: $29.99 (new, special box I think)
Anyone have any anime/J-game bargain alerts to share?

So it's holiday bargain, huh? In my country, it's the other way around. The stores increase their prices because they know people are looking games for the holiday.

Though a lot of stores in the U.S. will mark up items and THEN discount them 50%, and since people haven't been in the story lately the shoppers will never know. But they can't get away with that on games, because all games here in the U.S. are usually set prices, like $50 or $60, etc.

Rightstuf has a list of bargains which is updated every week of the year. They tend to run even more promotions every late November and December. (I ordered the physical disc version of Da Capo 2 while it was discounted. It should ship in a day or two.) They will ship internationally, but all of their DVDs are coded for Region 1, so keep that in mind.
It's always good to research the things you want before you decide to buy. Check what the competition offers and charges, whether it's mega-stores or small businesses.
