Which pieces really got to you and you loved the most?

Personally, I love the whole of the Madoka OST.
I also really love 'The place where wishes come true' out of Clannad, 'Yume no Sukima' out of Evangelion, and 'Despair' out of Naruto Shippuden.

Naruto Shippuden ( most of the op and ed), Bleach ( awesome op and ed), Togainu No chi ( loved the whole ost), D.Gray Man, Kuroshitsuji,( everything is awesome op ed ost! XD) Blood+, Hell girl also has some beautiful songs ( Mamiko Noto is too amazing!), Kaleido star ( the ost is a must have XD). There are many more, but this is what came to my mind first.

I expect most of us have at least heard Aizome. It's also one of the few songs I know off by heart.

Soundtrack-wise, I like Haibane Renmei's. It's very unique, for an anime soundtrack, and warm, cosy, gentle... The opening theme is instrumental and very distinctive: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mH8N_nMd_78 It has a sense of closeness that you can't get from, say, Kajiura's soundtracks.
Of course, I like Kajiura as well, precisely for that sense of grandness. The Pandora Hearts soundtrack is beautiful, as is my first introduction to her music, Cossette no Shouzou.

I really love "Yume no Hanashi"(A Talk About Dreams), which I believe is from the Clannad film. Ironically, I got introduced to it from a fan-made Clannad prequel called Clannad-The Past Path, which is a really good VN, by the way.

God Knows, from an episode of the Haruhi Suzumiya anime. One of my favorite songs.
Lilium, the opening to Elfen Lied. Another of my favorite songs. Lilium is just...completely and undeniably beautiful.

I'm thirding the Madoka Magica recommendations. I especially love "Sis Puella Magica", "Believing in Justice", and "Greetings, Worlds of Magic". In general, I love a lot of Yuki Kajiura's songs (even if some of them tend to sound the same every now and then). I haven't seen Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicles (I attempted to watch it on a library disc, but as it was a library disc, it was scratched and stopped halfway through), but "A Song of Storm and Fire" makes me want to, especially the live version:
