Season 2 OVA spoilers ahead:
But arg! Just didn't happen at the end there, lol! Even after Kyousuke turned down Kuroneko in ep 14 
... I didn't completely give up yet, I was still hoping something could happen and he'd come back to Yamineko 
, but Kyousuke's dramatic confession (and marriage proposal) to Kirino in ep 14 was like... I don't know... I think my mind exploded like 3 times over especially with how dramatic and daring it was, but it was also kinda funny too since all those bystanders were listening and watching them as well, lol.
That confession aside, Kyousuke's dedication to his sister, I must say, is a bit abnormal since he was able to turn down all those girls that confessed to him... but I will say that Manami putting up the fight that she did was pretty awesome to see. At least she didn't go down without a fight, literally.
