I have 2 actually:

Grandia 2 (Pc-Version)
Final Fanatasy 8 (PC-Version)

Both have great story and gameplay and are reletively rare (at least where I live).

Just working on graphics for the moment... May start talking about my project once they are done...

Would it be worth buying a used PS2 just for Ico? I don't know what PS2s go for these days.... I'm not much of a gamer, but what I've heard about Ico intrigues me.

If it's just for ICO, then it's not. Well, ICO itself is a great game (yeah, it is great, really, people don't lie about it).
But anyway, buying PS2 is always a good choice, even if there are less and less great game for this console. The library is already so huge and I doubt you will be able to finish it all in several years (unless you play it like a maniac).

Well... you can't play ICO and not play Shadow of the Colossus. And you can't own a PS2 and not play Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater. So that's three games at least... plus many more.

Really, if you want to base your choice of console solely on the number of absolutely awesome games you can play on it, the PS2 is currently your machine.

Yeah. That's why I emulate most of my remake games that I have for PSX. No loading times on ZSNES. ^_^

Hmm... It's really hard for me to decide upon an answer for this topic. I mean, I have lots of games, and several of them are favorites.

I'm going to have to go with Katawa Shoujo Act I, just because it's the best ren'ai game I've ever played. Best game I've played in a long time actually.

However, I have another two favorites, and I know it's against the rules of this particular thread to do so, but eh...

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, simply because of the fact it's overwhelmingly in-depth, comes with a first-person view, is easily moddable, and the plot is epic.

But more-so, Osu! is a better favorite, primarily because it's got awesome music from groups I like, an easy interface that relies on the mouse alone, and it's cheaper than buying a New DS and purchasing the game it's based off of, Elite Beats.

Also, it's insanely fun, and all the game's content comes from the players.
