Umm it sounds like someone firing a gun and then doing a reload but the gun was so big that the force of the bullet firing throws him/her back, right into some water (a river, or a cliff by the sea maybe). Much to their embarassment o.o That sure teaches him/her not to show off with big guns O_o;;

lol A scenario with a gun was the first thing I thought of too but then I thought - wait a minute, does it have to be a gun? Why can't it be someone flipping between channels on TV? O.O

The hero blows open the door to the supervillain's lair! *boom* The supervillain smiles smugly, and flicks a switch on his console... *click* A trapdoor opens! The hero drops into a piranha tank... *SPLASH*

Well... I have my own anyway:
A guy shoots to the Hero and miss him, when the guy reloads the Hero attacks with a kick and the guy fall in a swimming pool.
